2Big Network update procedure.
Follow the procedure below to update the firmware of the 2Big Network to the latest version:
- CLICK HERE to go to the download page for the latest version of the software. There are two updates that must be installed. The "Patch Fix", then the update itself.
- Upload the "Patch Fix file from the System -> Maintenance -> Update page for the drive. Apply the upload, and the device will restart.
- Once the restart has finished, log in again, and verify the patch was uploaded by navigating to System -> Maintenance -> Update.
- While on this page, upload the update file. This can take about a minute to complete.
- When the upload is finished, apply the update. The machine will request it be restarted.
Once finished, the 2Big Network software will be at the latest software version available.
