LaCie Fuel - Wi-Fi signal not detected

If your LaCie Fuel signal is not detected, please follow the steps below to reset the network connection on the drive.

This procedure is not data-destructive. LaCie always recommends you keep a backup of your data at all times, however.

1. Locate the reset button on the side of the unit next to the USB3 port.

2. Insert a paperclip or other pointed object into the reset button and hold for 5 seconds, then release. This will reset the drive back to its original network settings. This will not affect the data on the drive.

3. Power off the LaCie Fuel device.

4. Wait for 2 minutes.

5. Power on the LaCie Fuel again.

6. Wait for the LED lights on the front of the drive to reach the solidly-illuminated state.

7. Attempt to connect to the drive through the Settings of your mobile device. Select Wi-Fi and then LaCie Fuel from the list of available networks.
