I have installed the LaCie Safe Manager but my Rugged Safe is not listed?

If your LaCie Rugged Safe is connected and is not listed in the LaCie Safe Manager there may be several solutions: - Have you restarted after the installation? This step is mandatory to enable the complete installation of the driver. - On Windows, if you have previously installed the LaCie Desktop Manager you will need to manually uninstall the remote com driver. Go to Add and Remove Programs, look for Remote COM, double click the entry to uninstall, and reboot the computer.
