The 2big Dock Thunderbolt 3 and the d2 Thunderbolt 3 are compatible with Windows PC, although if you choose to connect your device using the Thunderbolt 3 port, the computer needs to meet the specific requirements, see below:

  • Operating System: Windows 10 or higher
  • Windows PC that supports Thunderbolt 3

If the 2big Dock Thunderbolt 3 or the d2 Thunderbolt 3 does not mount or is not detected on your computer when connecting the drive with Thunderbolt 3, please download and install the corresponding Thunderbolt driver for Windows for your product:
